  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your returned package.
  3. Ship the product back to us at the address we provide. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
